Belmont Laundry has a strong and professional management team, which has grown over the years. We are all dedicated and passionate about the business and have gained a lot of experience over the years.

Welcome to our website which I hope you will find of interest.

Belmont Laundry was founded 25 years ago with the specific aim of supplying a superior linen service for hotels, restaurants and clubs. I am proud to say that is still our goal today.

Why Belmont Laundry?

We Care - a dedicated and trained management team who are customer aware and happy to deal with any issues immediately and follow them through to a successful conclusion.

Quality - a production team who care about customers and strive for excellence in their work.

Reliability - our uniformed transport fleet are fully trained to service your needs and have access to the management team to sort out any minor issues that may arise. We do not use part time or temporary drivers.

Dedicated Service - all stock is issued for your exclusive use. We do not use pool stock as it makes it impossible to maintain quality and stock control.

Cost - We are not the cheapest, we do not want to be but we do offer a value for money service which is trouble free.

Using this philosophy, Belmont continues to grow year on year with hardly any customer leaving us, none due to service.

In the Office

We have Paul Shepherd who is our General Manager, who has been with Belmont Laundry for 12 years, and Sandra Austin who looks after all the finance and Accounts aspects of the business, and has been with the company for 18 years. Both having had previous experience in the laundry industry.

Assisting with running the administration and customer care we have Sarah King, who has been with the company for nine years and most recently joining the admin team we have Karolina Jelinska.

Opperations Manager

Mark Middleton is office based and responsible for the day to day opperations management.

Maintenance

Looking after all of our machines and equipment is Scott Barron our Chief Engineer along with his engineer Martin Zembski. They too have had many years experience in the laundry industry.

Sales & Customer Services

Dave Bruton is our experienced sales and customer services manager looking after our print wipe customers. Now retired but still working for us three days a week, he has had many years experience working in the print wipe business.

We are all committed and want the business to grow, but most of all we want to provide a good service, keeping our customers happy.
